These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses dentalsuite.my and its subdomains, operated by Klinik Pergigian Dental Suite (“Dental Suite”, “we”). By using our websites, you agree to these terms.

Health information

The information on our websites is general and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a dental examination. Whether a treatment suits you is decided by your dentist after examining you. Treatment may not suit everyone, and results vary from person to person.

Prices and offers

Prices on our websites are a guide. Your dentist confirms your treatment plan and fees after examining you, before any treatment begins. Promotions and packages have their own terms, dates and limits, which are shown with each offer.

We work to keep our information accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct these at any time without notice.

Appointments

Appointments are arranged through WhatsApp or by phone and depend on slot availability at each clinic. Changes and cancellations are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Payments

Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card, online banking or e-wallet. Instalment plans are available through Atome, SPayLater and Grab PayLater, subject to the provider’s approval and terms.

Card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If a payment is not authorised, the related booking or package may not be confirmed. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Website content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photos, videos, illustrations, logos and designs on our websites belong to or are licensed to Klinik Pergigian Dental Suite. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Patient photos are shown with the patient’s consent.

Comments and feedback

When you send us comments, reviews or feedback, you agree they will not break anyone else’s rights, including copyright, trademarks or privacy, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are responsible for what you submit.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media or payment providers, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.
