Dental Suite operates dental clinics in USJ, Setiawangsa, Bangi, Shah Alam and Setapak, and the websites dentalsuite.my and its subdomains. This page explains what information we collect online and how we use it.

What we collect on our websites

• Usage data: pages visited, device type, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived (for example, from Google search or an ad). We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which use cookies to measure this and to show our ads to people likely to need dental care.
• Contact clicks: when you tap WhatsApp or call, we record that the tap happened so we know which pages help patients reach us. Your WhatsApp messages and phone calls go directly to our clinic team and are not stored by the website.
• We do not collect health records, IC numbers or payment details through our websites.

How we use it

• To understand which pages and ads help patients find us, and to improve them.
• To reply to your enquiries and arrange appointments.
• We do not sell your information.

Google Business Profile data

Our internal reporting app (“Dental Suite report”) reads performance figures from our own Google Business Profiles, such as calls, direction requests, website clicks, views, search keywords and reviews, to produce a daily summary for our clinic team. It reads only our own business data, does not change our profiles, and does not share this data with anyone outside Dental Suite.

Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings. To ask about or delete information we hold about you, contact us below.
