“Will I keep seeing different dentists?”
No. The same dentist looks after you from start to finish, with our orthodontist involved whenever your tooth movement becomes complex.
“Can I fit this around work?”
Adjustments are about once a month, at the Dental Suite branch you choose.
“Will I be pushed to sign up?”
No. Your dentist explains your options and plan, and you decide in your own time. If you don’t start, you only pay the RM40 consultation fee.
“What if I move or change jobs?”
You can continue your adjustments at any Dental Suite branch.

Consultation & planning
Your dentist examines your teeth and designs your plan with our orthodontists. Your first visit (RM150, counted as month 1) includes an OPG X-ray, scaling and polishing, and impressions. Not ready to start? You only pay RM40.

Braces fitting
Your braces are fitted at a later visit, once your plan is ready.

Monthly adjustments
About once a month, with the same dentist. Moving house or changing jobs? Continue at any of our branches.

Braces off & retainers
Your braces come off when treatment is complete, and retainers help keep your teeth in place. Retainers are about RM400 per arch.
Many cases take around 26–28 months; some mild cases finish in about 12. Your dentist will give you an estimate at your consultation.

Which Dental Suite branch offers braces consultation?

What is included in the RM4,500 braces package?
The package covers your first visit (consultation, OPG X-ray, scaling and polishing, and dental impressions), the fitting of your braces at a later visit, and monthly adjustments. Your first-visit payment of RM150 counts as month 1 of 30. Lost brackets are charged separately.
What if I decide not to start after my consultation?
That’s fine. You only pay the RM40 consultation fee.
Can I continue my braces at another branch?
Yes. If you move house or change jobs, you can continue your adjustments at any Dental Suite branch.
Are retainers included?
Retainers are not included in the RM4,500 package. They cost about RM400 per arch (about RM800 for upper and lower).
Are extractions included?
Extractions, if required, are not included. They usually cost RM120–160 per tooth; a difficult extraction may cost more. Your dentist will explain whether they are needed.
How often do I need to come in?
Usually about once a month for your adjustment, with the same dentist at your chosen branch.
How long does braces treatment usually take?
It depends on your teeth. Some mild cases finish in around 12 months; many take about 26–28 months. Your dentist and our orthodontists will look at your teeth, gums, bite and how your teeth need to move, then give you an estimate at your consultation.
The 30-month plan is your payment schedule, not your treatment length:
If treatment finishes earlier, the remaining balance is settled before your braces come off.
If it takes longer, there’s no extra charge.
